Standard Scope of Work - Cleaning and sanitizing accessible air conditioning ducts, vents, and grills using standard cleaning equipment and sanitizing agents. It assumes ducts are easily reachable without dismantling false ceilings, major HVAC components, or structural elements.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - Any special sanitizing agents, filters, or additional duct accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Preparation - The customer is responsible for providing clear access to the duct openings, vents, and service areas. If furniture, fixtures, or obstructions need to be moved, this will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by property management).
Limitations & Exclusions - Deep cleaning that requires dismantling of ductwork, insulation replacement, or mold remediation is not included in the standard scope. If such work is necessary, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will present the cleaned and sanitized vents/duct outlets for customer inspection. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
