Standard Scope of Work - Removal of the old air conditioning unit and installation of a new like-for-like unit (split or window type) supplied by the customer. It assumes clear access to indoor and outdoor units, existing piping, and electrical connections without major modifications to walls, ceilings, or wiring.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - The new AC unit, mounting brackets, pipes, insulation, electrical wires, and other necessary accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing safe access to indoor and outdoor unit locations, including moving furniture or obstacles. Any additional handling, lifting, or equipment required will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by property management).
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving structural modifications, relocation of piping, or extensive electrical rewiring is not included in the standard scope. If such work is required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After successful installation, the technician will test the AC unit for proper cooling, airflow, and leak-free operation. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
