Standard Scope of Work - Installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of wooden items such as cabinets, cupboards, shelves, wardrobes, doors, door frames, partitions, and custom woodwork in residential and commercial properties. It assumes accessible surfaces and clear work areas without major structural modifications or dismantling of walls or flooring.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection, including evaluation of wood quality, frame alignment, hinge and fitting conditions, and surface preparation requirements before starting the work.
Customer-Supplied Materials - All wood panels, boards, laminates, fasteners, hinges, handles, screws, varnishes, adhesives, or finishing materials must be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area, moving furniture or obstacles if necessary, and ensuring adequate workspace for cutting, fixing, or assembling wood items. Any additional handling, lifting, or specialized equipment required will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, property management approvals, or site access documents in advance.
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving major structural modifications, removal of walls, flooring, or ceiling panels, or fabrication of large custom wood items beyond standard scope is not included. Separate quotation will be provided if required.
Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will demonstrate proper alignment, secure installation, and smooth finishing of all wooden items. Any additional requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
