Standard Scope of Work - Covers replacing the existing bathroom sink with a like-for-like replacement (same size/type: countertop basin, pedestal sink, or wall-mounted sink). It assumes clear access to the sink, faucet, and drain connections without dismantling cabinets, tiles, countertops, mirrors, or modifying plumbing lines.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by our technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - The new sink, faucet, drain kit, trap (P-trap or S-trap), silicone sealant, angle valves, and any other required accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access, clearance around the sink area, and arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by the property management).
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving countertop modifications, cutting tiles, altering vanities, relocating plumbing lines, or moving wall brackets is not included in the standard scope. If such modifications are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After successful installation, the technician will demonstrate proper functioning of the sink, faucet, and drainage (smooth water flow, proper drainage, and no visible leaks). Any request or modification beyond this point will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s) or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
