Standard Scope of Work - Replacing the existing kitchen sink where there is clear access to the sink, faucet, and drain connections without dismantling or cutting cabinets, countertops, tiles, electrical lines, or plumbing structures. Removal of the old sink and installation of the new sink is limited to like-for-like replacement (similar size and type).
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by our technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - The new sink, faucet, drain kit, hoses, angle valves, silicone sealant, and other required accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for ensuring proper site access, clearance of the under-sink area, and arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance.
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving countertop modifications, cutting tiles, altering cabinets, or relocating plumbing lines is not included in the standard scope. If such modifications are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After successful installation, the technician will demonstrate proper functioning of the sink, faucet, and drain (no visible leaks, smooth water flow, and drainage). Any request or modification beyond this point shall be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional material(s) or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
