Standard Scope of Work - Surface preparation, priming, and application of customer-supplied paint for interior walls, ceilings, doors, windows, and selected exterior surfaces. It assumes smooth, accessible surfaces without major repairs, plastering, or structural modifications.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection, including evaluation of surface conditions, cracks, moisture, peeling, and any preparation required for proper paint adhesion.
Customer-Supplied Materials - All paint, primers, brushes, rollers, masking tape, protective sheets, and finishing accessories must be provided by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing clear access to all surfaces, moving furniture or fixtures if necessary, and ensuring adequate ventilation. Any additional handling, scaffolding, or equipment requirements will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, property management approvals, or site access documents in advance.
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving major wall repairs, plastering, drywall replacement, or structural modifications is not included in the standard scope. Separate quotations will be provided if such work is required.
Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will present finished painted surfaces for inspection, ensuring uniform coverage, smooth finish, and proper drying. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
