It assumes clear access to all work areas without major structural modifications, tile breaking, wall cutting, or relocation of concealed plumbing.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection, including evaluation of pipe condition, leak detection, drainage blockages, and fixture functionality.
Customer-Supplied Materials - All replacement pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, fixtures, or specialty materials required for repairs or upgrades must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to work areas, including moving furniture or appliances if necessary. Any additional handling, lifting, or special equipment required will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, property management approvals, or site access documents in advance.
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving major plumbing overhauls, concealed pipe replacements, structural modifications, or replacement of inaccessible pipes is not included in the standard scope. Additional quotation will be provided if such work is required.
Demonstration of Work - After completion, the technician will demonstrate leak-free operation, proper water flow, and fixture functionality for all serviced areas. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
