Standard Scope of Work - Removal of the old water pump and installation of a new like-for-like pump (submersible, booster, or surface type) supplied by the customer. It assumes clear access to the pump location, existing piping, and electrical connections without major plumbing or electrical modifications.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - The new water pump, pipes, fittings, valves, electrical wires, and other necessary accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the pump location, including moving obstacles or furniture. Any additional handling, lifting, or equipment required will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by property management).
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving relocation of plumbing lines, electrical rewiring, or structural modifications is not included in the standard scope. If such modifications are required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After successful installation, the technician will test the pump for proper operation, water flow, and absence of leaks. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
