Standard Scope of Work - Installation of a customer-supplied panel or gypsum ceiling system for standard ceiling areas. It assumes clear access to the installation site without major structural modifications, relocation of electrical lines, or dismantling of existing ceilings.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - All panels, gypsum boards, frames, fasteners, screws, and finishing materials must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Handling - The customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the installation area, including moving furniture or obstacles. Any additional handling, scaffolding, or lifting equipment required will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary building permits, approvals, or coordination with property management in advance.
Limitations & Exclusions - Work involving demolition, structural modifications, relocation of electrical or HVAC lines, or complex ceiling designs is not included in the standard scope. Separate quotations will be provided for such work.
Demonstration of Work - After installation, the technician will present the ceiling for inspection and ensure all panels are properly fixed and finished. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
