Customer-Supplied Materials - All standard pest control chemicals, sprays, and traps will be supplied by Khaleejtools.com unless the customer requests the use of a specific brand or material.
Access & Preparation - The customer is responsible for ensuring access to all treatment areas, including clearing furniture and removing personal items from floors and surfaces. Any additional preparation required will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any required permissions from property management for exterior or shared spaces in advance.
Limitations & Exclusions - Structural repairs, removal of heavy obstructions, or treatment of areas with hazardous materials are not included in the standard scope. If additional work is required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After treatment, the technician will walk through the treated areas to explain the process, precautions, and follow-up measures. Any further pest control requests outside the initial treatment will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional service, chemical, or follow-up treatment outside the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
