Standard Scope of Work - Complete maintenance of residential swimming pools, covering cleaning, water treatment, skimming, and filter inspection. It assumes standard access to the pool area and equipment without requiring major repairs or structural modifications.
Scope Assessment - The technician will inspect the pool, filtration system, and surrounding areas to determine the scope of maintenance work before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - Chemicals, cleaning tools, replacement parts, or accessories required for maintenance must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Preparation - The customer is responsible for providing clear access to the pool, equipment, and surrounding areas. Any additional preparation, such as moving furniture or pool covers, will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any necessary permissions from property management if maintenance involves shared or exterior pool areas.
Limitations & Exclusions - Major repairs, structural work, pool resurfacing, or equipment replacement is not included in the standard scope. If required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After maintenance, the technician will present the cleaned pool and functioning equipment to the customer. Any additional requests outside this scope will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
