Standard Scope of Work - Removal of old wallpaper (if applicable) and installation of new wallpaper supplied by the customer. It assumes walls are smooth, clean, and dry without requiring repairs, plastering, or leveling.
Scope Assessment - The actual scope of work will be confirmed by the technician during the pre-work site inspection before commencing.
Customer-Supplied Materials - The wallpaper rolls, adhesive/glue, and decorative trims or finishes must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Access & Preparation - The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area, including moving furniture, wall hangings, and obstructions. If additional preparation such as moving heavy items is required, this will be quoted separately.
Access & Approvals - The customer is responsible for arranging any necessary building permits or approvals in advance (if required by property management).
Limitations & Exclusions - Wall repairs, surface leveling, painting, moisture treatment, or mold removal are not included in the standard scope. If such work is required, a separate quotation will be provided.
Demonstration of Work - After installation, the technician will present the finished wallpaper for inspection and acceptance. Any modifications requested beyond this point will be considered out of scope.
Additional Work & Payments - Any additional product(s), spare part(s), or service(s) outside of the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.
