Return Policy

 

At Khaleejtools.com we provide as much detail as possible on the product page for customers understanding and therefore urge our customers to make the selection after undesrtanding the product detail. We offer a RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy only on selcted product categories. Packaging Material, Cleaning Products, Material Handling and Heavy Machinery items are excluded from return. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return most items bought from Khaleejtools.com

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Khaleejtools.com you will be provided with a Credit Note of your Purchase Value if you have paid via Cash on Delivery which is redeemable only Online at Khaleejtools.com

Credit Note will be valid for three months from the date of issue. This code can be redeemed only one time, it cannot be use partially. You can use this credit note for the purchase of same value or higher value.

 

Exchange Process

 

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may exchange the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

You may call Khaleejtools.com customer support care at on +971-58-100-4460, and request a return or exchange. You will have to arrange for the delivery back to our warehouse . We shall process only the eligible the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +971-58-100-4460 or e-mail us at info@khaleejtools.com mentioning your order reference number. We wil ensure that the replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from Khaleejtools.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of jewelry, fragrances, cosmetics, innerwear (under garments, lingerie), swimwear, gift vouchers and any made to order or altered merchandise.

 

Exchange through courier

 

Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done, for merchandise with the same price as the said merchandise being returned. You may indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our Customer Care Associate will confirm, if the said merchandise is available in available stock and whether the exchange can be made. The refund against a return request made to Khaleejtools.com customer support, and collected by courier from the delivery address where the item was originally delivered, shall be processed only upon receipt of the merchandise in unused condition at our warehouse, along with the original sales invoice.

After the merchandise is received by Khaleejtools.com and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process a exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the merchandise. In case of Cancellation, Refunds of payments charged to the Cardholders credit card will only be credited back to the Cardholder's credit card account, which was used to pay for the original order. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholders credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholders issuing bank.

 

Merchandise is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Merchandise

 

1. Products that are classified as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases like batteries.

2. Products from Packaging Material, Cleaning Products, Material Handling and Heavy Machinery Categories are excluded from return.

3. Products that have been fully assembled or have been requested with installation are not eligible for returns.

4. Products that have been used or damaged by you, or are not in the same condition as you received them.

5. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

6. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under their warranty period.

7. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE and KSA] *unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification.

 

 

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy

 

Khaleejtools.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the Khaleejtools.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; we will inform you of the modifications in the User Agreement via e-mail at the address provided by you while registering on Khaleejtools.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.

 

Refund Policy

 

You will get a refund if the product(s) are returned, evaluated and found eligible for return.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

International shipped orders are not eligible for refund *unless found to be faulty. Faulty products will require verification

You can choose whether you want your money refunded as store credit or back to your credit/debit card.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@khaleejtools.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Please note that cancellation should be requested within 24 hours after placing an order or before it gets handed to the shipper.

After you placed an order, your order begins to process. Once order is placed, you can no longer change the size/quantity/color or add other item/s or change the mode of payment but you can definitely request to remove the item or cancel your order to place a whole new one. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer care.

Most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, simply get in touch with our Customer Care team within 24-48 hours upon receiving the order. Kindly send us an email to info@khaleejtools.com and attached the photo of the damaged/defective item.
